We're in a weird slump where we've already done everything we can with what we have, and all of the exiting new technologies are still too impractical and weird to be of any use outside of laboratories. The end result is companies putting out a bunch of useless bullshit to trick you into thinking they're innovating, when really they're just scamming you.
It's not technology's fault, it's big corpos fault.>inb4 technology controls its users
remember what richard stallman tried to say? free software allows the users to take control of their computing.
How can users take control of their computing when they're not in control of themselves?
thats why you work on yourself, improve and ignore all of the suicidal people on meds, they're probably beyond saving and too dependent on the dopamine. Controlling yourself is the first step.
Self improvement is masturbation

Tinyboard is a decades old now and it still has stupid bugs like these. What's so hard about imageboard software?
I'm not suicidal, I just agree with OP, I don't know how I relate to giving up.
Free software will always have bugs like these.
