i think culture has shifted due to all things cyber written and inked in the 70s-90s becoming mainstream. i mean, the matrix is /cyb/ af, and that was heavily funded by a big studio. cyberpunk effectively became mainstream. so much of what gibson predicted came true. some of it we're living due to hardware getting so cheap. i have scores of systems laying around that i can throw stuff on. phones are dirt cheap too. we're living it. Thoughts?

Lol I'm no economist but I don't think it's value would increase at all. If it's super easy to get, there would be more coins which in turn makes them less valuable. Not to menton it'd have to compete against BTC and all the rest.

I have 16 Gigs in my main machine, but I also use that one for photoshop/premiere and music production. I use my laptop for pretty much only browsing the web and reading and I never reach past 4 Gig doing that. So I'd say, you do you, there's no point in upgrading if you don't need it.

Ah that's nice,i also have lack of sleep went to bed at 5AM last time.A friend of my dad is gonna come over to my place to deliver a car on a Tuesday for me to salvage it and learn more about it,It's a SAAB 900 Classic to be specific i don't know much details about it but i know that the gearbox is broken and it's red.

I did nothing but spent the entire day in my room drinking soda and watching videos i did went outside for a moment to help my father and sorted my car a bit and went back and did my usual things in my room.

It's pretty lonely here and no one has contacted me for a while to ask if we wanted to hangout well at least i'm managing my loneliness.

I wish I could acquire an interest for cars. But I simply can't and don't even desire to drive or push to get my license. Sucks, because I live in a rural area where you can't do anything without a vehicle. The closest I ever did get though was when I watched Initial D.

Sounds about like my day as well. I just kind of sat around drinking soda, listening to music, watching videos, and got my packages in the mail today that I ordered. I did end up digitizing three VHS tapes last night. So I guess there's some part of the day that was somewhat productive.

I understanding that pain, I only have one friend IRL now and we barely ever hang out. Maybe only a handful of times a year. He ended up going on the complete other side of the country not too long ago. He's probably going to end up moving out there. It's been very painful to think about the only friend I can hang out with moving away and left with being completely alone.

I've been trying to figure out things I can do online to maybe even somewhat emulate friendships without going to the lengths of using social media or anything like that. But the internet does fill a small void otherwise would destroy me from the inside out.

Some of us are more fortunate than others also i recommend checking out Wangan Midnight it's also an racing anime about illegal racing in tokyo and modifying cars to reach beyond 300km/h sadly i don't have a driver's license as well but i can drive with my dad in the forests luckily near my home has the best roads for rallying.

I finally decided to get productive today and made some breakfast (Eggs and sliced sausages mixed together) i'm eating it right now while texting this i might go biking for once and get some fresh air soon.

Yeah i have a two friends of mine who's in that same situation right now one is in Finland and other is some place called YMCA. I try not to think too much about it or i will get a bit sad or jealous.

Yeah only social medias i use are Reddit and Discord anything else is just simply bland and repeats the same things over and over. Emulating friendship isn't the same as real friendship but what do i know i'm simply a loner with obscure interests.

I've heard of Wangan Midnight but I haven't watched any of it before. That's sounds fun.

Yeah, I've been a little productive. I did the dishes and laundry on top of fixing some rice for dinner. I got out of the house earlier even if it was just to tag along for a ride up the road without really doing anything. I'm trying to work on getting out a little bit more often. I tend to stay inside of my home for weeks at a time without barely any time spent outside other than taking the trash out and doing yard work. Also I guess I'll be at least getting out once a week now that I'm in therapy.

>YMCA

Hard for me to take that seriously but I guess there must be something else called that over there somewhere.

I've thought about getting into the Discord scene but I've just been very unsure about it. Not sure how I'd really fit in with the crowds there on a more personal level. Plus I'm told they tend to call people my age "boomers" and never take us seriously. I know the feeling with having obscure interests as well. It's been very hard feeling like I've ever belonged anywhere.

There's also an anime movie called Redline which is also an racing anime.

That's good to know funny is that i went biking 2 days ago and i ended up in my grandparent's place somehow, had a chat with my older cousin and his new wife and my grandparents gave me some flowers and candy and went home before the rain came. Yesterday i went to the movies and watched The fast and furious but it was shit so i went home to watch 2 movies of John wick. Tomorrow i'm gonna work on that SAAB.

Yeah and funny thing is that there's a place called "Batman" not making this up.

It's always worth to give it a try i can give you a discord server where it's about Lain and it's pretty active, you ever heard of "INITIATE"? Yeah i basically fit nowhere in my school and there's only a few places that makes me truly feel home. If you want to contact me on Discord my username is Romet38#2191.
